and users do not have the permission to install new software, including
browser plugins. |
Contact IT to install plug-in. |
| Java console reports 'proxy' errors. |
Check the proxy configuration.
Try also making sure that the proxy setting is correct in the Java
Plug In Control Panel -- a command you should find in the Settings
Panel. There should be "use browser settings" turned on. |
| When you load another device
the simulation Applet is not cleared |
In the Control Panel open
the Java Plug-In control.
Check the Item 'Show Java console'
Be sure that the 'Cache JARs in memory' option is not enabled. |
