Check the proxy configuration.
Try also making sure that the proxy setting is correct in the Java
Plug In Control Panel -- a command you should find in the Settings
Panel. There should be "use browser settings" turned on. |

In the Control Panel open
the Java Plug-In control.
Check the Item 'Show Java console'
Be sure that the 'Cache JARs in memory' option is not enabled. |
