The STV300NH02L is a 20V N-channel low voltage, high current,
very low-on resistance Power MOSFET, which benefits from the latest
advanced design rules of ST’s proprietary STripFET™
technology. Housed in PowerSO-10™, the STV300NH02L has benefited
from the most recent technology innovations in ribbon bonding,
making it suitable for the most demanding high current OR-ing
applications on the market today. |

The innovative PowerSO-10 ribbon package distinguishes
itself from other Power MOSFETs, in its extremely
low on-resistance, which:
Greatly reduces the losses of the OR-ing function
Boosts
efficiency in server power supplies, which are used in parallel redundancy
to ensure system reliability (more than 99%)
High protection in short circuit conditions
(turnoff typically 1.37ms at 12.7A OR-ing current,and
25.7 load current)
