x8 organization, in standard and low-voltage ranges.
All devices are available in RoHS-compliant dual in-line and surface mounting packages.
These devices are in production to support legacy designs but are not recommended for new designs (4-Mbit, 16-Mbit and
32-Mbit devices in x16 organization are in the product termination phase).
