ST's STG3699
is a QUAD CMOS BILATERAL S.P.D.T. (Single Pole Dual Throw) SWITCH fabricated
in silicon gate C2MOS technology. It is designed to operate
from +1.65V to +3.6V, making this device ideal for portable applications.
It offers 0.5 Ohm ON-resistance max at 3V. The very low ON-resistance
and the fact that it is available as a quad switch allows this device
to be used in switches between melody ring / stereo voice and to pass
the signal to header receiver + speaker combo, or hearphone in all portable
applications like mobile phones, PDAs and MP3 players. It offers high
speed performance combined with true CMOS low power consumption.
 |
The 1-2IN and 3-4IN inputs are provided
to control the switches. This bilateral switch handles rail to rail
analog and digital signals that may vary across the full power-supply
range (from Vcc to Ground).
A dual version with the same high level of performance is available
as STG3684 in
QFN16. |
