Using the well known IPAD (Integrated Passive and Active Devices) technology, the EMIF VID series ultra low line capacitance EMI filters are based on improved Pi-type filter structure.
ESD protection diodes were integrated to provide ESD protection up to 15kV complying with IEC61000-4-2 level 4 standard. These new products are all in the Flip-Chip package with optimized PCB space consumption. Below are the main parameters of the VID series.
The EMIF VIDseries products are highly integrated EMI Filter arrays designed to suppress EMI/RFI noise in all equipment subjected to EMI interference such as:

Camera and LCD module of mobile phones
High speed data interface in all portable devices
Computer and Communication systems
For these devices, the line capacitance is only 16pF at DC bias voltage of 3V, which can withstand up to 40MHz data rate. Meanwhile, the attenuation of more than 40dB (-33db for EMIF08) is achieved at 900MHz. For the range of 800MHz to 1.8GHz, the level of attenuation is greater than 30dB. All features of these products are well tailored for high data rate applications, such as the high resolution color LCD and digital camera modules.
