| TS1871-TS1872-TS1874 are single, dual and quad low power, low voltage operational amplifiers. They feature a consumption of 400 µA at 1.8 V supply voltage and have a gain bandwidth product value of 1.6 MHz. They offer very good stability and can drive capacitive load up to 500 pF in follower configuration. The TS187x op-amps family features both input and output rail-to-rail. The common mode input voltage extends 200 mV beyond the supply voltages at 25°C while the output voltage swing is within 100m V of each rail with a 600 ohms load resistor. |
