| STCF06
- dual-mode buck-boost converter with I2C interface
for camera flash
The STCF06 is the latest product belonging
to the STCFXX camera flash family. In addition to the
large current (in excess of 1.5 A) that can be output
to the LEDs, the STCF06 integrates a full set of features,
all of which are easily controlled by means of an I2C
bus interface that helps reduce both the logic-pin count
and the quantity and length of the traces on the PCB.
A low-current auxiliary output is also available for
supplying an optional red LED, typically used as a recording
indicator. The STCF06 is housed in a µTFBGA25
3 x 3 package. More

| ETP01-1621
and ETP01-2821 protects Ethernet in telecom environments
Housed in an SO-8 package, the new ETP01
series is able to protect Ethernet 100 Mbit/s up to
telecommunication standards such as Telcordia GR-1089
intrabuilding (100 A 2/10 µs), ITU-T K20/21 (37.5
A 5/310 µs), and also industrial standards such
as IEC 61000-4-5 (48 A 8/20 µs). Its capacitance
of 13 pF maximum makes it compatible with Ethernet 100
Mbit/s without data distortion. ETP01 is available with
2 different voltages: 16 V for ETP01-1621 and 28 V for
ETP01-2821. Its planar technology makes it compatible
with telecom and industrial temperature ranges, as it
can operate from -40 °C to 150 °C. More
